In one line

Speak to Quote is quoting software for UK tradespeople that works by voice: describe the job on site and it writes a priced, branded quote.

In a paragraph

Speak to Quote turns what a tradesperson says on site into a priced, branded quote, estimate or invoice. They describe the job out loud the way they’d explain it to the customer; the app pulls out the line items, prices them from the tradesperson’s own price list, and builds a document the customer opens from a link and accepts. Deposits on acceptance, optional extras the customer can tick, VAT, CIS and optional automatic reminders are built in. On the Pro plan it can also quote from uploaded drawings and work out quantities from room sizes. It runs in the browser on a phone or a computer, with nothing to install.
