Say the job. Send a priced quote before you leave site.
Voice quoting for UK tradespeople. The AI turns what you said into priced line items. You check them, then send a branded, VAT-aware quote or estimate the customer can accept from their phone. Got the drawings? On Pro, attach them and the AI counts the fittings for you.
Watch it happen
Say the job, review what's extracted — priced from your own price book — then edit any line before you send it. On Pro, attach the plans too: the AI counts the fittings off the drawing and adds them as lines. Nothing is locked in.
In this example, dictating the job produces several priced line items; one price is then visibly corrected and the total recalculates automatically to match. A floor plan is then attached and the fittings on it are counted (six sockets, four downlights), which adds two more priced lines and updates the total again.

How it works
Dictate the job, review the AI-extracted line items, then send a branded, VAT-aware quote or estimate — three steps, start to finish.
Voice-to-quote (or estimate) extraction, dictation in your own language with the document still in English, a price book that prices dictated jobs, job templates you can start by name, standard terms on every document, VAT-aware pricing, branded documents with your certification badges, shareable customer links, PDF export, searchable quote and estimate history, job dates with an upcoming-jobs view, invoices from any quote or estimate, and (on Pro) quoting from building plans and drawings, and a floor plan you sketch room by room. Arrange your rooms into one plan of the whole floor, on the quote and the PDF.
Every account gets 3 free AI quotes a month, no card needed. Starter from £11.45/month, Pro from £19.95/month — Pro adds live material pricing and quoting from the plans. Both with a free trial and no setup fee.
Quote or estimate, whether it does invoices, whether it can quote from the plans, what happens to your voice data, which trades this works for, and how billing and cancellation work.
Set up Speak to Quote for your business — 3 free quotes a month, no card needed, plus 3 more a month for every friend you refer who sends a quote (up to 3 friends)
Turn a voice note, a few job photos — or the building plans — into a professional, ready-to-send quote or estimate. AI does the pricing and paperwork so you can get back to the job.

Refer another tradesperson
You've used this month's free quotes — they top up next month. Once someone you refer sends their own first quote or estimate, your monthly allowance goes up by 3, permanently — up to 3 times.
Pick a plan to unlock AI quote and estimate generation, history, and everything else. Both start with a free trial, and you can cancel in one click before it ends.
Starter — £11.45/month
7-day free trial, then £11.45/month
30 quote or estimate generations a month. Price book, job templates, standard terms, cert badges, logo, and quote and estimate history included.
Pro — £19.95/month
1-month free trial, then £19.95/month
Unlimited quote or estimate generations, plus live web-search pricing on materials and quoting from building plans and drawings — attach the PDF and the AI counts the fittings off it. Measure each room, or scan it on an Android phone with Chrome, and the areas and lengths are worked out for you, with a floor plan for the quote or to export on its own. Arrange your rooms into one plan of the whole floor, on the quote and the PDF. Everything in Starter included. Material prices move weekly; live pricing quotes today's price, not the one you remember — one materials-heavy job priced right can cover the plan for the year.
You can cancel anytime from Account settings, in one click, with no need to call or email us. If you're a UK or EU consumer, you also have a 14-day right to withdraw from this contract free of charge. Prices shown don't include VAT (we're not currently VAT-registered).

Or just say its name when you dictate — "the consumer unit package, plus two extra sockets".
Tap to start speaking
Describe the job as if you're talking to a customer — site details, materials, cable runs, labour, anything you'd normally price up. You can also just type below.
Add a photo of the consumer unit, panel, cable run, or fault — the system will look at it alongside your notes.
Attach the floor plan, layout or drawing (PDF or image). The AI counts the fittings and reads the measurements from it — your notes still say what the job is, and prices still come from your price book or notes.
No plan to hand? Create one: add each room with its measurements, and the stairs, and the floor area, wall area, perimeter and skirting are worked out for you.
Add a room
Go round the room from one corner: each wall's length, and which way you turn (right or left) before the next. The last wall, back to where you started, is worked out for you — check it against your tape.
Count up to the first winder — its front edge is often square, like an ordinary step.
Left and right as you face the door from inside the room.
Camera scanning works on Android phones in Chrome. Here, add each room by its measurements.
Whole floor
Put the rooms together as they sit in the building: drag each one into place and turn it with the buttons. Walls that come close line up.
Tap a room on the drawing to move or turn it.
Take the rooms apart? They stay on the list; only their places on the floor go.
Work out quantities from these rooms
m² and metres come from the sizes above. A quantity you say still wins.

Document language
Portuguese for a Portuguese customer, English for an English-speaking one. Generate writes the line items in it.
Charge VAT
Defaults to your Business details setting, but you can override it per quote or estimate (e.g. a client who's VAT exempt).
Subtotal: £0.00
VAT: £0.00
Total: £0.00
Optional extras, not in the total: £0.00
CIS applies when a contractor pays you as a subcontractor: they hold back 20% (registered) or 30% (unregistered) of the labour for HMRC — leave it as None for direct-to-customer work. The balance due is the total less the deposit and any CIS deduction. Bank details come from Business details.
VAT reverse charge
The VAT shows on the invoice but isn't added to it: the contractor pays it to HMRC. It applies when you and the contractor are both VAT-registered — turn it off if they aren't, or if they've told you in writing they're an end user or intermediary.
Invoices aren't available here for Portugal: they must come from AT-certified invoicing software. Quotes and estimates are.

Price book
Your labour rate, callout and the items you fit most often. When a dictated job matches one of these, the line comes back priced instead of at £0 — and each line item's title offers them as you type.
Job templates
Jobs you do often, saved with their line items from the Job details card ("Save as template"). Start one with a tap on the Record tab, or say its name when you dictate and the AI fills in its lines.
