Speak to Quote vs Tradify: which fits how you work?

They are different kinds of product, so this is an honest comparison rather than a scorecard. Tradify is a full job-management suite — scheduling, timesheets, job tracking, teams — with quoting and invoicing inside it. Speak to Quote does one job: it turns what you say into a priced quote, estimate or invoice, and gets it into the customer's hands before you leave site.

What each one is

Tradify describes itself as job-management software for electricians, plumbers, gas engineers, HVAC and other trade businesses. Its advertised feature set covers quoting, estimating, scheduling, timesheets, subcontractor management, job tracking, invoicing and online payments — the whole running of a trade business, priced per user. Dictating a job does not appear anywhere in that feature set.

Speak to Quote is the paperwork a job starts and ends with, by voice. You say the job as you walk it; the AI turns it into line items priced from your own price book; you check it and send a link the customer can accept online. The accepted quote becomes the invoice — bank details, due date, deposit, CIS — without typing it a second time. There is no scheduling, no timesheets, no team management, on purpose.

When Speak to Quote is

Can you run both?

Nothing stops you: they do not compete for the same minutes of your day. Some jobs need a diary and a crew; every job needs a quote. If you already run a suite and the quoting part of it is where the typing piles up, dictating the quote here and sending the customer the acceptance link costs a flat £11.45 a month to find out whether it pays for itself.
